CANDIDATES TO RUN FOR THE 2017 BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE FOLLOWING WERE SLATED:
PRESIDENT
Bill Steinke, Sellstate Achievers Realty Network
Bill Steinke has spent the last 35 years living and working in Southwest Florida. Bill is a Certified
Negotiation Expert who has 20 years of professional financial advisory experience. Bill will serve
the membership as the 2017 Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association President.
PRESIDENT ELECT
Donna Guido, Wentworth Realty Group
Donna Guido relocated to the Fort Myers area in 1998 and shortly after became licensed as a REALTOR®. She joined the Association in 2000. Donna specializes in residential real estate, particularly relocation buyers, as well as buyers looking for vacation and second homes. Donna currently
serves as the President of the Florida Gulf Coast MLS Board of Directors.
Robin McKeever, Paul Realty
Robin McKeever is a certified new home sales professional specializing in new home custom
design and construction with Paul Homes of Florida. Robin has served on countless boards and
committees at the local, state, and national level. She has been a Florida Realtors® Director for the
past five years, and served as the Women’s Council of Realtors® State President in 2011.
TREASURER
John Elya, Encore! Realty Services
Originally from Michigan, John Elya has lived, worked, and raised a family in Southwest Florida for
over 16 years. He has spent years investing in real estate, as well as working as a Realtor® specializing in residential and commercial real estate. John has a background in Accounting and his MBA,
and is currently the 2016 Treasurer.
Josh Burdine, Rockstar Realty
Josh Burdine is a Broker Associate, Sales Manager and Partner at Rockstar Realty. He has held
an active real estate license since 2006, and has served as a Director both on the local and state
Association level. He has a number of real estate accreditations, and has worked with clients from
around the country and the world.
