Greetings Members!
As I write this, my last letter to you as
your 2017 President, I am struck by how
time has flown by AND by the incredible
accomplishments that we’ve experienced
this year! We started out on a quest to
Reach Back and Leap Forward and we
certainly did that.
Mother nature tried to intervene, as
an unexpected flood and then a major
hurricane graced our area. Staff and
Members alike rose to the occasion and
had our facilities open and serving the
needs of our Members after only three
days – hats off to incredible dedication!
Due to those weather events, our annual
Trade Show was in jeopardy, although
again, with the combined effort of our
Events Committee, Staff, and a lot of
cooperation from our Affiliates and
vendors, we managed to reschedule and
pull off one of the best Trade Shows in
recent history at a brand-new facility where
the feedback was nothing but positive!
Our
Professional
Development
Committee provided educational classes,
second to none, that were attended by
approximately 34% more Members than
last year. Our presence at Great American
Realtor® Days, plus the Florida Realtors®
and NAR Conferences, was greater than
ever. Our Global Council led us to achieve

So, as we enter this season of giving, we
