which exist across all sectors. This insight
allows the College to respond quickly
and strategically to localised or national
skills gaps. Over 40 large scale employers
have engaged with the initiative to date, a
significant number of which are prestigious
multi-national organisations.”

supported this initiative by offering free
digital innovation demonstrations designed to
encourage employers to consider their own
digital strategy.

demonstration to be so inspiring that they
immediately added digital training into their
flexible workforce training request.
