The vast expanse of the Swedish Lapland
offers you unique experiences. It is one of
those places where you can spend unfor-
gettable holidays, immersed in the sereni-
ty of Nordic nature, far from the madding
crowds and mass tourism, where the only
sounds are those coming from the woods
of its forests and from its roaring rivers.
One area of the Swedish Lapland is the County of Norrbot-
ten. Located in the extreme north of the country; it is the
largest Swedish county, but it is the least populated.
In this remote and virtually unspoiled county flows the River
Pite and one of its most beautiful tributaries, the River Ab-
mor. The River Pite flows through never-ending, green, pine
forests. It is one of the largest river systems in Sweden.
