The nomination read: “The event completely surpassed the client’s expectations and saw Vernon Kay ask to extend the evening by a further hour because everyone was having too much fun. “Highlights included an original take on The Price is Right, Family Fortunes and The Generation Game. The agency is a familiar name on the event industry circuit and has been expanding through acquisitions in recent years. What stands them out The agency has adopted a new policy in-house to encourage deeper thinking. The nomination read: “In 2018 we saw a real shift in behaviours across live with people stepping up and working together, our company values shone through as well as many individuals coming through as shining stars. There was a new level of respect for team members but driven at that level we saw people challenge each other in positive ways, removing animosity and driving for the same goals. “Collaboration and new ways of working was at the front of everyone’s minds, this in turn raised our service offering and resulted in increased productivity and client satisfaction.” How it is measured The efforts of DRPG’s operations team saw an increase in productivity and efficiency, achieving record sales with growth of 10% up on previous year. However, DRPG says they saw a reduction of costs by an impressive 14% and on some projects an overall reduction of 20%.
