ACC Liverpool
ACC Liverpool is a world-class venue
located on the banks of Liverpool’s
world heritage waterfront. It is home
to BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena
and Exhibition Centre Liverpool and
hosts a range of events varying from
national and international
conferences to consumer and trade
exhibitions, to entertainment events
and banqueting.
The venue is celebrating 10 years
since it opened its doors, which also
heralded the start of the city’s
European Capital of Culture year.
Since 2008, ACC Liverpool has
expanded substantially with the
addition of Exhibition Centre
Liverpool in 2015, which increased
event space to 15,225sqm across
the three venues.
An integrated four-star hotel,
Pullman Liverpool, opened in 2016.
Facilities at ACC Liverpool include a 1,350-seat
tiered auditorium with two rotating drums that can
be subdivided into separate, self-contained
meeting spaces; an 11,000-seat arena with tiered
seating for 4,000 delegates; 29 breakout rooms
and banquet space.
Earlier this year, Lyreco returned to the venue for
the 10th consecutive year after it was one of the
first conferences to take place in 2008.
Other conference highlights in 2018 include two
Unison events – Black Members’ Conference
followed by Women’s Conference – plus the return
of BBC Worldwide Showcase for the seventh time,
Labour Party for the third time and the
International Business Festival.
