Solutions and your links to
the academic venues

When Kinetic Solutions started back
in 1998, the drive was to develop
innovative software solutions to
deliver the best student and

years and over 350 customers later,
that focus remains the same.
Our ‘home’ throughout has been
the Higher Education sector, where

conference centres. the highest levels of customer
service with often small yet
multi-skilled teams illustrates the
passion and dedication that these
teams have.
In your experience, what is it that
makes the academic venue teams
stand out?
Balancing the core demands of the
student experience and the
increasing need for commercial
revenue is one of the major
challenges for academic venue
teams. They are expected to
seamlessly move from organising
graduation ceremonies to weddings,
or international conferences to
summer schools, all with minimal
impact on student life and
consistently deliver the highest
customer experience.
