Twitter is powerful platform to promote your hospice superdraw. Simply create a shortened link (you can use sites like bit.ly) to keep track of all your link clicks & customise links. Remember you only have 140 characters so keep your tweet short, snappy & ensure you provide all the information in one go. For example: "Enter the @examplehospice superdraw for your chance to win £5,000 at bit.ly/example & support our amazing patients & families." Have fun with your Tweets by including images, GIFs & videos to generate more reach.

Facebook is a little different as there is no 140 character limit so here you can delve a little deeper with your copy & content. Be honest, emotive and be sure to create content that your community can relate to. Facebook allows you to be as creative as you want so don't be afraid to be different! Why not try write a compelling story about a visitor or supporter and include images with links to your superdraw. People want to see where their money is going - so make it personal!

Hot Tip: Photographs of people (especially those making eye contact) get more interaction then photographs of objects.
