Please say hello to our newest member of management at Community Springs , Kimberly Elliston . Kim is our Dietary Manager , and is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional . Kim is also Certified Nurse ’ s Aide and Registered Medication Technician . She and her husband , Daniel , live in Caplinger Mills . The couple have six children and are expecting their first grandchild in April .
Kim comes to Community Springs with many years of dietary experience in supervising and directing daily dietary functions , ordering food and supplies for the kitchen , following state mandated menus , upgrading the facility with the culture change , and offering restaurant style dining . Her experience also includes employee scheduling and managing resident ’ s monthly weights and changes in diet . She has been with CMH since June 2015 , previously at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility , and joined Community Springs in November 2016 . We are very happy Kim joined our team .

Family Medicine El Dorado Springs Medical Center offers family medicine , well baby examinations , immunizations and injections , obstetrics , gynecological examinations for women , annual physicals for adults , X-rays , laboratory services , minor office procedures , preventative medicine , disease management , and referrals to specialists . Hours of operation are : Monday - Friday , 8 a . m . - 5 p . m .
Walk-In Clinic The Walk-In Clinic provides convenient and quick care for people of all ages who have a sudden illness or injury and who need to be treated right away including cold , flu , ear infections , sore throat , cough , fevers , simple lacerations , and fractures . No appointments are necessary . The clinic is staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners , and offers X-ray and laboratory services on site . Hours of operation are : Daily ( 7 days a week ), 8 a . m . - 8 p . m .
