CAI-SD CORDIALLY INVITES YOU TO THE THE INSIDER HOW HIGH CAN CAI SAN DIEGO FLY? As San Diego steams through one of the hottest summers on record, making climate change very real, it’s great to take a moment and reflect on where we are as an organizational community and how our community culture is faring with a 2018 Half Time Report. Attendance is up at all community association leadership education, trade show and social networking events. Membership continues to climb as CAI strength and pride grows among our leaders and members. What has been a two plus year ride thru survival and revival, now sits at a pivotal point of departure. Are we up to the challenge of growing our organization to the next level? I believe we are poised to do it right now. Over the last quarter of this year we expect results to be the best that teamwork can produce. Richard has been CAI San Diego Executive Director since 2015. He brings an extensive background in Business, nonprofits, community building, public policy, and organizational leadership. His passion is working with people to get things done, promoting teamwork, coaching and reaching goals. Highlights of the last few months include two excellent, sold out trade shows in San Diego and Carlsbad. If more managers, homeowners and even general public members continue to add to attendance, we may have the great problem of finding larger venues.
