My Take

"Moving to El Dorado has been a great experience for my family and I. The community is an enjoyable place to live and work.

One of the major draws to El Dorado was the progressive nature of the community,

especially the investments in public school district facilities. We have three young boys, so education is an obvious need for our family.

El Dorado also has many opportunities for recreation that we value. El Dorado Lake, the YMCA, and the bike trails are amenities that we use frequently.

A community of this size with all of its amenities is unique.

El Dorado meets all of our needs and we hope to contribute to El Dorado in the coming years."

“Considering a move from the east coast to El Dorado was a little nerve racking. However, on my first visit I knew El Dorado was a place my family would thrive. There are plenty of parks to play in and walking trails to take a family walk. I have lived in places like Philadelphia and outside of Washington D.C., but there is little comparison and no way I would choose either over El Dorado, Ks.
