Community Bridge Participants, Family, PCAs, Group Home Manager/Staff ,
the Community Bridge Advisory Council Needs You!
This active group partners with Community Bridge Coordinators from the
fi ve school districts to consider how best to meet the needs and interests of
Community Bridge participants. We meet three Wednesday afternoons per year
from 3:00–4:30 pm. Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
