VILLAGE OPEN HOUSE
Resident Incentives
• Coupon for 1 free medium, 1-topping pizza from Dominos
• Their choice of a blue or green mason jar tumbler
Community Advisors Expectations
• Will personally escort residents to the events
• Will be able to count participation as a floor program if the CA submits a work request at least one week in advance
• A 50% participation level is expected for Central Campus CAs
• 2 hours of scheduled work time is expected for West Campus CAs
• Will be provided talking points about The Village
Transportation
• Will have 2 dedicated shuttles running from Adams/Sanford to The Village shuttle stop (submitted VRT request 9/12/13)
• Shuttle will run every 5-6 minutes
• Auxiliary Services covering expense
• Bell staff can do a call out for service – 445-7433
• Cindy will provide detailed instructions for CAs and CDs to get residents from shuttle stop to tour room
• Standing is not permitted on shuttles
