Top Building Inspector
in the State
Almost every week, Condane Rolle’s supervisors
in the Building Department get a message or note
praising his dedication to customers. So, it was no
surprise when the City learned that Condane was
named the state’s 2018 Building Inspector of the
Year by the Building Officials Association of Florida
Condane, a mechanical inspector and plans
examiner, received this honor based on dedication
to cross-training and his commitment to excellent
customer service. Over the last two years, he
has also taken on the task of cross-training other
inspectors and he, himself, began cross-training to
be an Electrical Inspector. This award is presented
to a member who consistently demonstrates the
qualities of integrity, professionalism and dedication
in his or her service to the profession.
