Have you ever seen a video of some group of testosterone drenched teammates warming up prior to the big game by performing a traditional Maori Haka dance? Of course you have, they're everywhere. When you watch these men and women stomping and roaring and sticking out their tongues, I guess it could be intimidating when you're standing directly across from them. Me? Not so much. Haka generally has the exact opposite effect on me. Whenever I see them, for some reason they make me want to fight them. They actually fire me up to challenge them. Crazy, right? So, if 40 or 50 stomping, chanting athletes rolling their eyes up into their heads, and snarling for your blood doesn't give you pause Kevin, then what does, you might ask? Easy answer.

Christina Wilson does. In a good way.

I understand that you don't understand what I mean. I get it. That's because you've never seen this girl work. Give her 45 minutes. Try out the incredibly popular Sunday Brunch Ride. Climb your rear end onto one of the shiny, white, metal horses that her acolytes mount as they face her head on, not realizing that the moment they do, they are already drafting in her wake. 45 minutes will tell you everything you need to know. But you'll know long before that. When Christina hits the music and her play list of driving hip hop starts to surge, you'll know. And when the sweet, articulate young lady with the bright smile and curly hair transforms into an (excuse the language) MF-ing Valkyrie. Then. Then you know for certain. Your ass is indeed grass. And 45 minutes later at the end of the ride of your life...

...you love her for it.

The play list from just one of Christina's rides.
