THE KODIAK CUB
RIG WALKING SYSTEM
The Kodiak Cub Rig Walking System is designed to move drilling
rig substructures. This system uses rollers paired with proprietary
oversized lift cylinders and a low-pressure hydraulic system to lift
and move the entire rig substructure. The Kodiak Cub Rig Walking
System can be engineered to fit and attach to your rig.
Additional system features include:

+ Accurate and easily-adjustable steering
+ Can be retrofitted to existing rig substructures

VERSATILE
STEERING
This system allows for several
steering modes, including spin
mode. Manual steering is easily
accomplished with just one
operator, and corrections are
made in 5° increments.
BATCH DRILLING
The Kodiak Cub enables your rig
to move quickly from well to well
with a full load of pipe in your
setback. Multiple rig travel speeds
and the use of hydraulic cylinders
allow you to simply and accurately
position your rig over the well.
