SECURE DIGITAL TICKETING
In conjunction with Ticketmaster, the Jaguars will utilize secure digital ticketing in 2020.
Similar to last season, fans will continue to utilize the Official Jacksonville Jaguars
app to access their mobile tickets on game day. Have your ticket barcode ready to scan
directly from your mobile phone at the stadium gates. Please note print-at-home PDF
tickets are no longer available. Don’t wait in line at the box office, access your tickets
through your app or web browser.
Each member of your pod should have their individual ticket on their person. Email
confirmations or screenshots will not be accepted.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
The Jaguars will have new magnetometers with new technology enabling fans to walk
through carrying their clear bag, cell phone and keys.
All guests entering TIAA Bank Field and their belongings are subject to search.
Be prepared! Please have your ticket barcode ready to present to stadium staff before
entering the line queues.

NFL BAG POLICY
LEAVE YOUR BAG AT HOME! To provide a safer environment for the public and
significantly expedite fan entry into TIAA Bank Field, NFL policy limits the size and type
of bags that may be brought into the stadium. The Jaguars strongly encourage fans to
not bring any type of bags. Fans are allowed to carry a clear bag up to 12” x6”x12” or a
PLEASE CHECK ITS SIZE AGAINST THIS POSTCARD.
