Referring providers From our first meeting with patients, we recommend an approach to treatment which often includes the patient remaining with the referring provider for labor and delivery. We invite referring providers to these meetings in person or by teleconference, and follow up with a comprehensive overview of our findings and recommendations. Patients Once families contact us, we provide concierge services to help guide them through the experience. Our program assistant works with families personally on transportation, accommodation and financial needs, coordinating patients and specialists to schedule appointments for efficiency, convenience and the best possible care.
