Colorado Fetal Care Center 2017 Overview and Outcomes CIMFH-160082376-2019-12-CFCC Outcomes Brochure-FIN | Page 3

Dear partners and colleagues: We believe in hope. That’s why we strive to give patients the best possible care for both mother and baby, from the very beginning. Here, every first appointment includes our entire multidisciplinary team, from maternal fetal medicine to surgery to fetal cardiology. We’re one of just a few centers in the nation that brings the full care team together from the outset, streamlining the process for patients and ensuring the most comprehensive care plan. Coupled with our top-ranked Heart Institute and Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, our fully dedicated labor, delivery and postpartum unit ensures that both mothers and babies with complex needs get all the care they need, under one roof. After delivery, our fetal care providers maintain a presence in our NICU, cultivating relationships with families that last long beyond their time in the Colorado Fetal Care Center. We care about relationships, both with our families and the providers who refer them. That’s why we place utmost importance on collaboration with referring providers both locally and nationally, as well as with critical care teams in our NICU, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and other teams all over the hospital. By maintaining an environment that allows teams to come together, especially in complex cases, we achieve the best possible outcome for every family. In these pages, you’ll find an overview of our outcomes, volumes and capabilities. We think they show the work of one of the best, most innovative fetal care centers anywhere. Take a look. We think you’ll agree.
