Erwin grew up in Long Lane, Mo., with his parents and sister, Trisha. He graduated from Louisburg School in 1981. Erwin has always enjoyed helping people. When he was living at home, he liked to drive his John Deere Gator and pick up limbs. When he wasn’t busy helping others, he enjoyed to go fishing. “I will go every chance I get,” Erwin explains. “I love to fish.” For 13 years, Erwin worked at Walmart in Buffalo as the door greeter. He enjoyed this position so much, that he now welcome all visitors who come into our home. When he is not playing Bingo, attending Bible study or attending church, Erwin can be found at the local Hardees, enjoying his buddies and a cup of coffee. “I love my coffee!” says Erwin with a smile. Erwin adores and loves his nieces and nephews as if they were his own. He never misses a sporting event and is always there to cheer them on. After a long day of activities, running around Buffalo with friends and volunteering, Erwin enjoys retiring to his room and spending quality time with his mother. She is the joy of his heart and he loves her very much. Thank you Erwin for allowing us to get to know you a little bit better.
