Superfood Salad with Wild-Caught Salmon • • • • • • • • • Tablespoon fresh grated ginger 1 small garlic clove crushed and minced A large handful of curly parsley chopped 1 large carrot shredded 1 cup of spiralized raw beet 4 cups fresh kale Juice of half a lemon 1-2 tablespoons hemp seed oil Dash of salt and pepper Full Page Ad Combine garlic, ginger, lemon juice oil and seasonings. Toss veggies with dressing. Arrange grilled or broiled wild caught salmon on top.
