Letter From the Editor My name is Erica Browning and I am the editor for this magazine. In the process of creating our magazine, I faced many obstacles that temporarily hindered my progress, but only strengthened my leadership abilities in the end. The initial and main problem I faced was distributing and tasks to my group members. As a very lenient person, it was difficult telling others what to do and making sure everything was completed according to our overall vision for our magazine in a timely manner. Also, I struggled dealing with such strict time restraints and ensuring we met our deadline. Although I faced many personal challenges, my group was very tight-knit and worked together efficiently to solve any problems we encountered along the way. The main issue our group dealt with was technology and formatting difficulties. Due to the wide range of possible errors you can stumble upon working with technology, our progress was somewhat hindered. Thankfully, our group consisted of two very skilled graphic artists that stepped in often to solve such errors. Shallelica was extremely helpful in editing the pictures and overall articles to accordingly fit our overall theme for our magazine.
