How do I stop focusing on my negative
thoughts?
Firstly I want to thank you Liza for you
question and this question is one that many
people struggle with.
“Take every thought captive!” You control
your thoughts not the other way around.
When you are having negative and
disempowering thoughts then reframe
them. An example might be “I’m not good
enough!” then it is now time to focus on
what it is that you are good at, run through
things like sports, craft, helping people, etc.
We are all good at some things. The thought
might be “My debts are out of control, I
can’t cope!” reframe this to “what have I
learnt from this situation which is going to
make me an expert on finances later down
the track. And recognise that a year from
now the situation will all be a very different
story.

The Management

Team
at
BCC Coolangatta
Cinemas
are
celebrating
their 1st place
in Division 4 for
Cinema of the Year.
The team put up a great fight after
a quiet 6 months due to the massive
renovations in The Strand to storm
home from 9th position.
Points are awarded over 11 different
categories of the business during the
financial year. Competing against
eleven other cinemas from around
Australia they narrowly beat
Greater Union Canberra Manuka
and Greater Union Wollongong.
The Coolangatta Team would like to
thank all those who contributed to
their success from the Head Office
Team, Area Manager, Area Tech,
Marketing and especially their very
loyal patrons. Some of whom have
been coming to the movies at BCC
Coolangatta for the last 25 years.
Celebrating
with
the
BCC
Coolangatta Team are other two
cinemas on the Gold Coast - Event
Robina winning Division 1 and BCC
Southport winning Division 2.
The Managers will celebrate
their win at the 70th Australian
International Movie Convention in
October.
