Winner of the 2015 Woman
of the Year, Theresa has been labelled
the Inspiration woman. Theresa like many
people has experienced some horrible
events in her life but she has turned the
negatives into positives.
She lived through childhood sexual abuse,
survived a failed marriage, spent over 16
years as a single mum, lost a business and
was next to homelessness. She has known
loss and pain.
But Theresa has not allowed her past to
hold her back. She has helped raise over
187 children outside of her own son. She
started a charity for the Homeless and
Needy; Agape Outreach Inc, were she is
weekly found on the streets, helping those
in need. Theresa has visited the Philippines
many times building houses for families in
the slums and she has raised funds to help
Endeavour Foundation, Muticap, Care
flight, Watoto Choir and Compassion just
to name a few.
“We can chose to have life’s circumstances
hold us down or we can chose to learn
from these events, improve our lives and
help others along the way, creating our
own true happiness”.
I combine a mix of Professional
development, strategic interventions and
a healthy dose of humour into life coaching
to help turn others’ lives into positives also.
