To support credentialed coach practitioners, RRU also recently developed a series of new advanced coaching courses addressing topics ranging from mentor coaching to group and team coaching, building coaching cultures, and intercultural competence and global coaching. These courses carry CCEs toward ICF Credential renewal. RRU’s Executive Coaching faculty members consistently earn recognition for their teaching and scholarship. In 2014, Group and Team Coaching faculty member Laura Hauser published an article titled “Shape-Shifting: A Team Coaching Model for Coach Practitioners, Educators and Researchers” in the Journal of Psychological Issues in Organizational Culture. In March 2015, she presented on “The Complexity of Coaching Teams” at The Conference Board’s 12th Annual Executive Coaching Conference in New York, New York, USA. Recently, four Executive Coaching faculty members (all ICF Master Certified Coaches) were awarded the Kelly Team Teaching Award: Marjorie Busse, Carollyne Conlinn, Alison Hendren and Scott Richardson. RRU is a distinct, special-purpose university serving British Columbians, Canadians and international students through certificate, undergraduate, graduate and executive programs in applied and professional fields.
