Roads to the Future
A rapidly changing world demands coaches who are well-prepared to help individuals and
organizations meet their utmost potential. Since 2001, Royal Roads University (RRU) has been
preparing professionals with leadership and management experience to make a difference as
Executive Coaches. To date, the program has provided more than 1,200 graduates with the skills,
knowledge and practical tools to effectively coach individuals and organizations toward superior
performance. As an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), the program also lays the
educational foundation for graduates to pursue their initial ICF Credentials.
