When it comes to training and diet, Ann finds a combo of cardio and weight training is best. She is an avid kick boxing fan, and she weight trains three times per week. As for her diet, she keeps it pretty simple. “Holistic health is key,” she believes. “I try to avoid eating dairy and bad carbs. I believe in probiotics, digestive enzymes, and juicing on a daily basis. But once a week, it’s okay to treat yourself to something that you are craving. Life is too short not to enjoy! But I would rather enjoy my life, overall, being healthy.” Ann is currently working in children’s theater performances at the Vault in Berlin dressing up and singing as children's favorite characters. In the future, Ann hopes to continue as an entertainer, but be more focused on managing the many varieties of her brand.
