Your EXPOs renew annually on January 1. (Biennial members receive their EXPOs every
other year.) Your EXPOs are available for you to use for a 12-month period, which is
called your Use Year.
• Your Use Year is the 12-month period you have to use your EXPOs.
• Your Use Year is assigned based on the ownership you purchased.
• When booking reservations, EXPOs are taken from the year in which you are traveling.
For example: If you call in 2018 to make a reservation for a check-in date in 2019, the
reservation will use EXPOs from your 2019 Use Year.
• You may use your EXPOs for a vacation that checks in up until the last day of your Use Year.
EXPOs will be used from the Use Year in which the reservation begins.
Helpful Hint:
Any EXPOs not used by the end of your Use Year will automatically be saved for one
more year. See page 202 for more details about saving.
