веденной энергии и используя ее для кондиционирования воздуха в здании, горячего водоснабжения и обогрева.

I due scambiatori a fascio tubiero operano uno
come evaporatore, uno come condensatore,
escludendo la batteria alettata. L’unità evapora
nel lato freddo e condensa nel lato caldo, operan-
do in questo modo come un chiller condensato
ad acqua. Tutta l’energia prodotta dallo scambio
termico viene riutilizzata dall’altro scambiatore
per generare acqua fredda per il condizionamen-
to, acqua calda per il riscaldamento dell’edificio e
la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria.
Evaporation and condensation are diverted by the
solenoid valve to the two shell and tube exchang-
ers, excluding the external finned coil. The unit
evaporates into the cold side of the exchanger and
condenses into the hot side of the exchanger. This
way the unit behaves like a water/water refrig-
erator, allowing to recover all the energy produced
and using it for the air conditioning of the building,
for the production of domestic hot water and for
the ambient heating.
Les deux échangeurs à faisceau tubulaire opèrent
un comme évaporateur, un comme condensateur,
excluant la batterie à ailettes. L’unité évapore du
coté froid et condense du coté chaud, opérant ainsi
comme un chiller condensé à eau. Toute l’énergie
produite par l’échange thermique est réutilisée par
l’autre échangeur pour générer de l’eau froide pour
la climatisation, l’eau chaude pour le chauffage du
bâtiment et la production d’eau chaude sanitaire.
