Stanicich says the owner of this four-bedroom
home had emigrated here from France two years
ago to be with her extended family.
“She had visited New Zealand prior to this,
too, staying with her daughter, who also has a
home built by us,” says Stanicich. “And she was
so impressed with that house that she asked us
to work with her to create a home with touches
of France for her when she moved here.”
