City of San Mateo

The City of San Mateo purchased Retroflex units with the intention of disconnecting their 5000 kva lines, which is now considered an old and unsafe infrastructure. We have found from some of our larger cities that the cost of retrenching and replacing old lines is in the tune of 1 million dollars per mile. As San Mateo has found, using our solution not only provides tremendous cost savings but also provides safety and resiliency in critical areas throughout the city.

City of Madera

ClearWorld has installed several off grid solar LED Retroflex units around the city as a test, with the intention of working with Madera to create a solar street light ordinance. This method would create a resilient city in case of an outage. We all understand that when the lights are out the likelihood of crime increases dramatically, so by ensuring Madera's lights stay on, it also decreases the chance of crime.
