INDUSTRYNEWS 21st CENTURY APPROACH FROM M&S WINDOWS – SEALING THE DEAL Newton Abbot, Devon-based window, door and sliding door manufacturers M&S Windows has been dragged, kicking and screaming, into the 21st century. In the last few months the company has employed new staff in its sales and marketing departments - and the results are really starting to show. A brand new website, an overhaul of the brand and new contact details all reflect the company’s new image and direction. MD Mark Sansome, told Clearview: “We’re taking the business in a slightly different direction this year. We are no longer installing ourselves, the focus for the business now is the manufacturing, supply to ‘we promise that anything we can do for ourselves, we’ll do for you’ installers and our ‘Trade Account Holder’ package - a complete solution to our customers sales and marketing needs. We promise that anything we can do for ourselves, we’ll do for you.” M&S’s new website focuses heavily on not only its own marketing and branding but also its new ‘Trade Account Holder’ package. The promise is that whatever they can do for themselves, they are also happy to do for their customers – whether that is web-design, flyer and leaflet design, sales support or marketing assistance, the company promises to help their customers sell their products, any way they can. The company blog is now very active, with the number of blog posts racking up daily; it’s now a resource freely available for installers and consumers alike. M&S Windows is confident that this is a major step towards being what they have always strived to be. The new sales and marketing support package, along with an increase in staff levels in their manufacturing facilities, a whole host of new machinery and a shared company vision really does seal the deal and make M&S Windows feel like a supplier that produces a superb quality product and also one that strives to assist customers in any way they can.
