MOVERS&SHAKERS European Sales Manager appointed Rutger van Eijk has been appointed SWISSPACER European Sales Manager. His appointment comes as a result of growing SWISSPACER sales across Europe. Rutger is responsible for sales strategies and positioning SWISSPACER in existing European markets. He is also in charge of identifying and developing new markets in Europe. Rutger started out his career as Assistant to the General Manager of Vetrotech SaintGobain Europe BV in the Netherlands, before being promoted to Germany Sales Manager. He then moved to Guardian Industries, one of the largest flat glass manufacturers in the world, as Market Segment Manager. These roles allowed Rutger to develop a wide range of skills from sales, project management and technical marketing to business development and strategic marketing. New Non-Executive Director appointed Martin Stewart is to join the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) from the 3rd June as the new Lead Non-Executive Director. Mr Stewart will replace Paul Walsh, who after more than two years has decided to step down. Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Edward Davey said: “I am delighted with the appointment of Martin Stewart.
