It was particularly pleasing that Nick’s experience, commitment to the business and the potential he brings, enabled us to identify the ideal candidate from within the business.” Nick says, “I’m thrilled to have been selected for the role and very excited to work with an established team and drive sales forward across the entire business.” PHIL PARRY JOINS SYNSEAL TO LEAD THE R&D TEAM Phil Parry has joined Synseal in a newly-created role of Head of Research & Development to lead the company’s successful R&D team and deliver the new product strategy plan.
