Joanne, who joined the company as a Senior Sales Executive in 2014 before taking on the Assistant Branch Manager role in 2017, has taken over the Branch Manager vacancy following the promotion of Paul Duke to Sales Director. Joanne will be responsible for the day- to-day running of the depot and working closely with the team to maintain and develop its customer portfolio. Alongside Joanne Fell- Lee will be newly-promoted Assistant Branch Manager, Lauren Summerfield. Lauren, an accomplished salesperson, started working at Rudridge Farnham in 2007. Following time spent at Rudridge’s Horsham branch between 2013 and 2016, Lauren returned to Farnham in January 2017. She has a wealth of experience in developing customer relationships.
