‘NIGHT ON THE TILES’ CELEBRATES
EXTENDED SUPPLY AGREEMENT

manufacturers of tiled roof systems is
celebrating the signing of a new, five-year
supply agreement for ExtraLight roof tiles
with New Zealand manufacturer The Ross
Roof Group.
The new agreement sees SupaLite extend
its position as the group’s exclusive UK
distributor and continues a long-standing
partnership between the two companies.
Preston-based SupaLite became the very first
company in Europe to supply the renowned
ExtraLight shingle tile three years ago.
“Over the past three years, ExtraLight
tiles has really transformed the UK market;
becoming integral to the appeal of a SupaLite
replacement tiled roof. We’re delighted

“It’s an agreement based on a great
relationship but also a great success, with a
growth in tiles sales of almost 40% to date.
We’re on track for growth of a further 20%
this year which is a real testament to the
quality of the product range and the value of
trusting the UK’s leading and original tiled
roof manufacturer.”
Manufactured using the Ross Roof Group’s
six decades of experience, the ExtraLight
shingle roof tile is a metal roof tile finished
with an extremely hard-wearing natural
stone coating. Fully approved by the LABC
and the BBA, it’s the only shingle tile tested
down to 10-degrees by the Building Research
Establishment (BRE), passing EN 15601.
