Euroglaze has more than
8 years’ experience in the
manufacture of fire rated doors
and windows, and in 2016 the
company started fabricating
REHAU’s new AGILA fire door
range. Based on the design of the
REHAU TOTAL70 system, the
PVC-U fire doors are suitable
for fire escape routes, entrance
halls and deck access flats, and
can be used alongside REHAU’s
RAUFERNO windows for
complete fire-rated solutions.
AGILA Fire Doors feature fire
retardant glass and door panels,
and a graphite intumescent
strip which expands with heat
to create a 30-minute fire rating
(complying with the requirements
of BS476 FD30 Pts 20 and 22).
The fire rating applies to the
standard composite fire doors as
well as the AGILA’s toplight and
sidelight configurations, giving
customers more choice of style
than ever before.
Like other AGILA doors, the
REHAU fire doors have excellent
thermal insulation properties,
sound proofing, robust security
options and are low maintenance
too.

To receive REHAU
accreditation to fabricate the
AGILA fire doors, Euroglaze had
to be BSI accredited and undergo
certified REHAU training, as
well as prove the company had a
top level quality control system
in place. This rigorous selection
and training process ensures that
all REHAU fire doors fitted are
guaranteed to provide protection
to life and property for at least 30
minutes.
Euroglaze can now provide
a complete range of glazing
products to its commercial
customers – all backed up by 30
years’ industry knowledge and
experience.
