INDUSTRYNEWS NETWORK CENTRE REVAMP IS COMPLETE »»LEADING BUILDING envelope specialist, Schueco UK Ltd, has announced that the refurbishment of the Schueco Network Centre in Milton Keynes is now complete. The revamp – designed to improve the Centre’s facilities even further for industry professionals, Schueco network partners and their customers and end-users – represents a major capital investment for the company. It also reflects the growing success of the residential sector both for the company and for its Trade Residential Partners, a success that has led to a sharp rise in the number of visits by trade residential customers and home-owners. Schueco UK is confident that the Centre’s expanded facilities will significantly increase the frequency of such visits over the next few years. One of the key features of the refurbishment is a newly created area with a mezzanine floor entirely devoted to trade residential products. On display are best-selling systems such as Schueco ASS sliding and sliding/ folding doors, Schueco AWS 70 SC windows and Schueco entrance doors, some with Adeco door panels. This area also demonstrates the versatility of Schueco’s Trade Residential Showroom Concept, consisting of items designed for use in Partners’ own premises. We pride ourselves of doing a good job for our customers so it’s nice to get recognised by the manufacturer too. I’ve been fitting Freefoam fascia, soffit, rainwater and cladding products for a few years so, when the owner of this property wanted to replace cracked and discoloured render, Fortex cladding range was the ideal solution. The project went well and as we work in and around the South coast it will be particularly suitable for our other customers - I’m looking forward to picking up some more business from this job!” Louise Sanderson, Marketing Manager, said, “We would like to congratulate Simon on his winning entry.” www.myfreefoam.com Prestigious North West Project »»ONE NEW BAILEY IS A NEW OFFICE development in Salford on the north bank of the River Irwell, situated next to Spinningfields and close the Lowry Hotel.
