Representing Northant’s County, the team that took the top spot on the day featured former Ryder Cup star Paul Broadhurst, and amateur players David Mitchell, Craig Blackford and Steve Fellows. Golf wasn’t the only thing on offer during the tournament. With evening entertainment from a soul singer and a prize draw that saw £1,000 given out in prize money - friendships were made, relationships were cemented and fun was had by all. The professional tournament was won by James Whatley, the PGA Professional at Morley Hayes, Derbyshire.
