headquarters. Tomas Berry
joins the specialist hardware
business in a newly created
role as Internal Sales Office
Manager.
Tomas is an old hand when
it comes to working in the
glass and glazing industry,
principally working with high
quality produced European
products. Tomas spent 15-years
working for hardware producer
Roto-Frank, before joining glass
machinery supplier, Promac.
Commenting, Adrian Vicker,
UK General Manager said:
“Tomas has a vast amount of
technical and sales experience
and we are very lucky to have
him on-board. The introduction
of his role in the UK is key to
Siegenia’s voyage to expand
customer awareness of our
products and grow the support
we offer our customers.”
Most of the activities Tomas
will undertake, will involve him
managing customer expectations
celebrating the return of an experienced
member of its senior team.

Paul Tranter was Sierra’s highly
respected Regional Sales Manager
for the South East of England.
Now, after periods spent
working for major fabricators,
he returns as Sales Director,
aiming to take the long-standing
company to new heights of
success.

market is via its distributor
network and Tomas will be
responsible for ensuring that
their needs and the needs of
their customers are satisfied.
Tomas comments: “I have
a responsibility to ensure our
distributors get the highest level
of support to sell our products
and to help them offer technical
advice. “I’m delighted to be back at
Sierra,” Paul commented. “It
really feels like I’m coming home.

has appointed Chris Follows as
the new Warehouse & Transport
Logistics Manager for Residence
Collection and Window Widgets
to support the businesses’ strong
growth and expansion plans.
Chris brings strong experience
working in logistics for 25 years,
most recently for the Epwin
Group. Prior to Ewpin, Chris
worked for Excell Logistics on
multi-site contracts, of which
Rehau was a major contract.
In addition to his extensive
transport knowledge, Chris’ key
skills include managing large
teams over a 24-hour operation,
restructuring warehouses and
introducing new systems to meet
KPIs and improve efficiencies.
Chris is responsible for
achieving consistently strong On
Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery
rates, and implementing a new
racking and storage system so

stock can be found quicker.
Chris comments: “It’s exciting
to be joining two businesses
that are experiencing fantastic
