Cambridgeshire installer has
become the latest member
of the Astraseal Commercial
Installer Network (ACIN).
Huntingdon’s Surefit East
Anglia is one of the South-East’s

being added.
The highly resilient border is
fused to surface 2 of the insulated
glazing unit at temperatures of
700°C, using Apeer’s on site
toughening furnace.
With 15 internal finishes
available – including the recent
additions of White Smooth,
Cream Smooth, Black Smooth,
and Chartwell Green – and a
total of 9 external colour options,
Lumi can now offer a wide range
of colour combinations.
The newly developed colours
were launched at the SelfBuild
consumer show in Dublin in
September and received positive
feedback from visitors. With
Anthracite Grey proving to be
the most popular colour thus
far, reaction from visitors at the
show suggests that preference

A major initiative within the builders’ merchant sector is set to boost
fire safety knowledge and the installation of properly certificated
fire doors in a huge range of building projects, large and small.

to become a BWF-Certifire
Approved Fire Door Centre
as part of its long-standing
commitment to fire safety.
It will establish 10 branches
across the UK as experts in the

The service will be made

customers, from individual
tradespeople to the company’s
major contracts with local
authorities and social landlords.
