ALUMINIUM
Joining Forces
Record-breaking year
»»CDW SYSTEMS IS
celebrating another record trading
year, with the company posting an
increase in sales of 15% between
August 2015 and August 2016.
Jerry Webb, MD at CDW, says
the increase in sales is down
to its existing customer base
boosting its order books.
He comments: “Our
customers are winning more
business in the commercial and
domestic markets, particularly
high-end projects such as
installations in restaurants and
blocks of flats.
“These types of projects
specify high-end aluminium
products, resulting in increased
sales of our sliding doors,
bi-folds and VS windows. In
tandem with this increased
demand, we have extended our
factory operating hours from
6am to 3am, and will soon also
be launching a new range of
products for 2016.”
Later this year the company
will start manufacturing
Reynaers lift and slide doors,
sliding doors and sliding
folding doors. These are all
premium products that will help
installers take full advantage
of the profitable opportunities
aluminium offers.
CDW Systems has been
operating for 22 years as
an aluminium specialist,
manufacturing and supplying a
wide range of windows, doors,
shop and curtain walling, using
some of the leading aluminium
profile systems on the market.

LEAD TIMES ON COLOURED PROFILE WITHIN A WEEK
»»FABRICATORS OF COMMERCIAL
doors and windows can get aluminium
profiles from Jack Aluminium Systems
coated in any RAL colour within seven
days.
Sales and marketing director at Jack
Aluminium Jeff Pearson said: “We know
that commercial projects always run on
tight deadlines. Installers don’t want to
order glazing products until they have built
the aperture and once the aperture is there,
they need it securing as soon as possible.
“That’s why we’ve made significant
investment in our product and factory
premises in order to hold a large inventory.
