G14AWARDS
Largest ever arched
window job shortlisted
»»Trade fabricator Dempsey
Dyer and frame bending specialists Universal
Arches has been shortlisted for Commercial
Project of the Year at the G-14 Awards.
The £8.75 million project, which involved

This is the second award Dempsey Dyer
has been shortlisted for, the company was
also presented with an accolade from the
Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) for
their commitment to lean manufacturing.
Peter Dyer comments: “The G-Awards is
one of the highlights in the industry calendar,
so it is a real honour for Dempsey Dyer to be
among the shortlisted companies. The scale of
the Old Mill project was staggering.”
Peter Dyer
“We’re really looking forward to the night
and we would like to wish the other shortlisted
companies the best of luck” Peter concluded.

two’, which is a site visit from a
trained technician for advice on
issues such as fitting hardware.
‘hugely valued
by customers’
Alternatively, ‘tier three’
is a visit to Mila’s test centre
at its headquarters to meet
with the technical team for
advice on security testing and
accreditations.
Richard Gyde, Managing
Director of Mila, said: “We’re
delighted that our dedicated
technical team has been
recognised in the awards. The
service they provide is hugely
valued by customers and, with the
