BUSINESSNEWS Capturing more leads » » TRADE AND RETAIL SPECIALIST Flair Windows agreed to a pilot installation of Infinity’s new Capture software at the end of 2018, and liked the system so much that it has made it a permanent fixture on its website. Capture is a simple website plug-in which gives retail window companies a smart and user-friendly way of capturing leads from visitors to their site. It incorporates a powerful ‘design your own window or door’ function which invites visitors to play around with bespoke product types, designs, sizes, colours and even hardware choices online to create their own perfect product. They can then simply click a button within Capture and send an instant enquiry for that product. Ryan Lugg, Company Director of Flair Windows says the system is delivering exactly what it promised: “Capture is the perfect name for this product because it really is allowing us to capture more high quality leads from the website for both our retail and trade outlets. “When we first started to analyse what we wanted from a lead generator – two things were clear. Firstly, it had to be simple enough for any member of the general public to use and secondly it had to able to answer enough questions for it to be worthwhile us using. Capture by Infinity has achieved both of those things with detailed but straightforward quotations now coming through online. “As the whole industry takes steps to move their customer communication online, we’re making sure that Flair are at the very forefront of that in partnership with Infinity and with other avenues we’re currently exploring. We’ve got a very forward thinking team here who are eager to use technology as much as possible to ensure the smoothest transition from enquiry to order for both their retail and trade customers.” Infinity launched in January 2019 determined to deliver ‘endless possibilities’ for both installers and fabricators. Alongside the Capture lead generation tool, it has also released details of Showroom, a personalised lead generation app which lets Infinity customers create their own virtual showroom packed with their own marketing content. They can add brochures, videos, installation photos and galleries and use it as an extension of their website or as a useful additional sales channel. www.infinitylogo.co.uk SOFTWARE SUCCESS PUTS STAFF IN THE SPOTLIGHT » » BUSINESS MICROS IS continuing its 40 year celebrations with a focus on the staff behind the scenes. One of the most familiar voices for customers is Louise Anderson who has been in charge of admin at the company’s Newton Le Willows sales and installation centre for more than 10 years. Louise is the person who customers speak to when they are renewing their support contracts and she’s also responsible for scheduling the company’s team of engineers so that customers know exactly who will be arriving on site to maintain or install their software and when. Louise is hugely knowledgeable about Business Micros’ products and likes to make regular visits to all the main profile companies to stay up to date with new product introductions which will have an impact on customers’ software. For her, the pace of change in the industry has really increased since she joined the company in 2007. She said: “Everyone is diversifying at an incredible rate now. No two customers are ever the same anymore and one of the reasons I enjoy the job so much is that there’s always so much variety.” www.businessmicros.co.uk Fabricator builds new website » » DEKKO WINDOW SYSTEMS, ONE of the country’s leading and most trusted fabricators, has launched a brand-new, high- end website; showcasing the complete range of window and door products, including Räum, the Residence Collection, and Infinity.
