IMPROVED CUSTOMER SUPPORT
OFFERING TO FEATURE AT FIT SHOW
» » The Apeer team are already adding the final
touches to plans for this year’s FIT show as
they prepare to return for the third time in
May. Arriving on stand K30 will be the latest
from Lumi, an innovative and award winning
collection of windows and doors, as well as a
selection of the most popular products from
the Apeer doors range.
“In recent years it has been all about the
products on the stand, especially as we were
launching and developing Lumi. Of course,
we are thrilled to be showcasing some
wonderful new products at the next FIT Show,
but for 2017 we have made a real push to
upgrade our online presence and customer
support offering too,” explained Linda Tomb,
Marketing Manager.
“Our showroom in Ballymena has recently
undergone a substantial makeover which now
offers a far better place to showcase the latest
Lumi products, and we are really excited to
share this with FIT Show visitors alongside our
other developments,” Linda added.
Whilst the renovation works were underway
Apeer have been busy finalising preparations
for a pair of upmarket new brochures which
are scheduled to be released in time for the
upcoming show. The brochures, one each for
Lumi and Apeer doors, will also be supported
by the launch of two contemporary new
websites, as Apeer Director, Asa McGillian
e xplains:
“Launching a dedicated Lumi website
and complementary brochure were always
something that we had in mind, but we had
to make sure that the Apeer doors side of the
business didn’t get left behind in doing so.
The Apeer doors website was last updated in
2015 and everyone felt it was time to give it a
refresh to maintain consistency between the
two brands. Both sites have been designed
to complement one another and incorporate
similar user friendly features and layouts. I
hope users are pleased with the results.”
Asa concluded: “The latest launches and
updates, coupled with our regular advertising,
will create some brilliant opportunities for our
partners. We hope to see as many as we can
at the show and welcome a visit from anyone
thinking about joining the Apeer trade partner
family.”

with the aim of showcasing a range of new initiatives to help installers reach the top of

new initiatives announced in 2017. The first
big change for members was the launch
of the FENSA Member ID Card - a sleek,
modern card co-branded with the FENSA
and Installers’ company logo. It will build
transparency and trust between customers
and installers by giving homeowners the
power to verify who is standing on their

FENSA is launching the FENSA Installation of
the Year Award. Members can enter their work
to compete for recognition as the top talent in
the industry. The game is on, visit the stall and
talk to the team to find out more.
The other big innovation being introduced
by FENSA is the exciting new Knowledge
Hub. Designed to do more than just level
the playing field amongst installers, it
will give members the edge in building
their businesses. It draws on installation
notifications and inspections to give
members actionable insights to help them
grow their businesses. Installers can access
key figures to help them develop that killer
