»»THE VEKA UK GROUP’S PAUL
Armstrong is delighted to have officially joined
the Board of Directors.
Operations Director Paul has worked for
The VEKA UK Group since July 2013 after
spending 15 years working in the Aerospace
industry.
Paul said, “I’m extremely proud to officially
be a Director at The VEKA UK Group. This
is a company I believe wholeheartedly in, and
I’m thrilled to have my name up there with
the rest of the Board of Directors.
“I’ve overseen a number of really quite
significant developments in the relatively short
time I’ve been here at The VEKA UK Group.
In the last year, i-2-i training has become a
big part of our development. Its worth lies in
ensuring that every member of the workforce
is listened to, valued and feels that they are
able to contribute to business improvement.
“It has undoubtedly been an exciting few
years and I, for one, can’t wait to see what
the coming years will bring. I’ll be doing my
utmost to keep The VEKA UK Group moving
along the same lines it has been for decades:
offering high-performance products, backed
up by the industry’s finest levels of customer
service and support.”

KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY
»»IN A MOVE THAT SERVES AS A
perfect example of Epwin Group’s
commitment to promoting and developing
people within the business, the Company has
recently appointed 23-year-old Fern Rossano
as Trainee Business Development Manager.
However, rather than simply boasting a
glowing CV, Fern is following in her father’s
footsteps. Nic Rossano is known to many as
Epwin’s Development Manager who has spent
almost 20 years with the company.
Sports-mad Fern, who has travelled
internationally with her local rugby team, has
focused her competitive spirit on following
her father’s career. “The passion that my dad
has for his job is very inspiring, and I hope to
follow in his footsteps and work within the
Epwin group to gain both professional and
personal development,” Fern said.
“I am really excited to be working for the
leading systems company” said Fern. She
added, “I have a great mentor and feel very
privileged to be working with one of the
industries most determined personalities
and her energy is infectious. Epwin has been
instrumental in my father’s very successful
career and I am hoping for a long and
challenging career with the group.”
