IMPROVING INTERNAL
PROCESSES WITH
NEW IT MANAGER
» » ENDURANCE IS
investing in an approach that
is going to help them improve
channels of communication
with customers. With this in
place, Alan Marsham has been
appointed as new IT Manager;
who will be working to improve
Endurance’s internal processes
to secure customer satisfaction
across the board.
Alan will be working to
identify potential issues with

will serve to supply Endurance
with more time to react, solve
problems, and keep their
customers updated along the
way. Alan will be utilising his
wealth of experience that has
been accrued across a range
of senior IT positions within
the industry. He has arrived at

and manufacturer of air brake
systems.
In regard to his new position,
Alan said: “I can already feel
that the team here are dedicated
to improving the customer
experience. The scope for system
improvements is massive, and
the existing team here have
some really great ideas on how

SASH SPECIALIST MOVES UP TO NEW POSITION
» » MASTERFRAME HAS ANNOUNCED
the appointment of Alan Burgess from
Managing Director and founder, to Group
Chairman. Alan helped create the UK’s
first dedicated PVC-U box sash window
in 1984 and shortly afterwards helped
develop and build the initial PVC-U vertical
sliders market. Since then, demand has
skyrocketed.
As sash window specialists, the
appointment affords Alan time to focus on
business development and areas of growth
such as Timberweld®. Timberweld® is a
patented method of jointing that creates a
perfect butt-joint effect outside and inside the
window for an authentic timber-look that is
also cost-effective to manufacture at scale.
Alan comments “I’m delighted to
be appointed group Chairman and the
opportunities it presents. The market is growing
and it’s vital we make the most of it. Masterframe
Windows and the Bygone Network have gone
from strength to strength. I look forward to
seeing these areas of the group grow even further
under the recently promoted Managing Director,
Carol Slade. This will enable me to focus more
time and energy into Timberweld, which is
getting a fantastic reception.”
