With this in place, Alan Marsham has been appointed as new IT Manager; who will be working to improve Endurance’s internal processes to secure customer satisfaction across the board. Alan will be working to identify potential issues with production before they occur; a pre-emptive technique that will serve to supply Endurance with more time to react, solve problems, and keep their customers updated along the way. Alan will be utilising his wealth of experience that has been accrued across a range of senior IT positions within the industry. He has arrived at Endurance from Tractair Ltd, who is a specialist designer and manufacturer of air brake systems. Within the Purchasing department, Karl Thompson, who also originally joined as a Business Apprentice has now been promoted from Purchasing Team Leader to Purchasing Manager, reporting directly to the Logistics Director; ensuring smooth delivery of stock on both greenteQ and third-party products.
