Automated Spray Technology for
PVCu Profiles and Composite Doors
An exciting second
configuration to
AquaSurTech’s LH1100
Door Painting Machine
has been developed.
» » IN ADDITION TO OFFERING A
machine that can flip a composite door in
order to paint both sides, a conveyorized
model has also been developed to handle
single sided painting on a continuous basis.
All equipment is designed to function with
the D200 water based technology available
from AquaSur Tech.
The D200 range, which was introduced
into the UK market last year, offers ultra low
VOC’s and is also NMP free, which makes
this water based coating system the most
environmentally friendly product available in
the market. No additional environmental or
air exchange systems are required.
The technology behind D200 provides
excellent impact resistance and a special
elasticity feature which enables it to stick
to flexible materials without cracking. Heat
reflective pigments reduce heat build up and
guarantee impressive colour retention.
By late 2017, two new automatic surface
preparation machines based on Plasma Flame
treating will be introduced into the market.
The two designs will accommodate both
PVCu lineal profiles as well as composite
doors.
With these developments AquaSurTech will
offer the most complete offering of automated
coating equipment designed specifically for the
window and door industry.
AquaSurTech OEM will help you add value
to your products while meeting a growing
consumer demand for colour in the window
and door industry.
Weather imposes special demands on
coating systems intended for window and door
applications. AquaSurTech OEM’s answer to
these challenges is a series of environmentally
friendly, waterborne coatings, which
incorporate hardness along with flexibility,
heat reflectance, and excellent colour/gloss
retention.
