Telescopic Shootbolt.

security locking systems with the launch of the
Nico Telescopic Shootbolt.
Designed, manufactured and assembled
at Nico’s UK production facility, the Nico
Telescopic Shootbolt offers fabricators and
installers an alternative to shootbolt extensions
that require cropping to fit.
Providing the same strength and security as
Nico’s traditional Shootbolts, the telescopic
version features a unique patented design that
reduces stockholding and fitting time.
The telescopic bar is simply adjusted and
clamped to fit the window profile, with
a choice of four sizes covering a range of
lengths from 500mm to 1400mm. The steel

hardware range to offer any RAL colour.

Tony says the extended colour range is already
being appreciated throughout its customer
base with more fabricators and installers adding
coloured hardware into their offer.

has already achieved 1,000 hours’ salt spray
resistance which has generated serious interest
from our customers and potential new business.
It allows them to fit the painted products
without fear of the surface finish failing. We

surface finish warranty.”
