DEMONSTRATIONS ATTRACT CROWDS
» » After attending its second year at The Fit
Show, AquaSurTech has been busy dealing
with the high volume of interest that was
shown by visitors.
The signature product ‘D200’ is high
performance 1k water based coating system
designed for direct application to exterior
PVCu, Composite and Powder Coated
Aluminium windows and doors.
Available in a range of finishes, such as
textures, metallic and wood grain and in a
large selection of colours (including colour
matching capability), D200 is fast drying
and suited to both in factory and onsite
application.
Ultra Low VOC’s and NMP free, make
this water based coating system the most
environmentally friendly product available in
the market and will insure that any start up
investment is small.
Demonstrations of the paint attracted a
large audience throughout the show, visitors
were particularly impressed that spraying
could take place inside and amazed that the
paint, was odourless.
The technology behind the product
provides excellent impact resistance and a
special elasticity feature which enables it to
stick to flexible materials without cracking.
Heat reflective pigments reduce heat build up
and guarantee impressive colour retention.

since it started in 2013,
celebrated a credible 30 years in
business this year at the show.
Each year, the company has
exhibited brand new products at
FIT and 2017 was no exception.
The product focus this year
was on its expanded balustrade
offer, now including a new Juliet
balcony system. A selection of
components including Standard
Spigots (316 stainless steel),
Tilt-Loc Spigots (2205 Stainless
steel), Pre-Assembled Posts,
Mega Grip 3kN balustrade, Glass
Rail Capping, Juliet Balcony Kits
and the innovative ‘Wedge Loc
Slim’ light duty channel system
were on display at the show,
in addition to four new interior
sliding door systems for framed
and frameless glazed doors and
seals for frameless glass doors.
The pocket door systems (PD1
& PD2) were also on show with a
special discounted promotion.

» » Customade Group celebrated its merger
with Polyframe at the FIT Show. The
Customade team welcomed visitors on to,
not one, but two, stands at the show and to
tell them about what the enlarged, full-service
group can deliver to the industry since its
merger in February.
The group spread the message about its
new capabilities and also impressed visitors
with a stunning array of products and
brands. REAL Aluminium and Atlas Glazed
Roof Solutions dazzled show-goers with its
ranges of aluminium fenestration products
and glazed roofs and talked about how

confidence. Polyframe and Virtuoso
unveiled some exciting products and plans
for the future.
